"The application process was easy (plus if you apply for one apt with the management company, it can be used for other properties they have). They have an easy to use website for paying rent. I got my deposit back quickly and they did not try to nickel and dime me on it. The courtyard is really pretty and it’s nice to have a pool/hot tub for the price being paid. It’s an older building, but they’ve been renovating the rooms as people move out. It’s inexpensive for the Vegas area. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the property clean."

"Been a tenant at Fremont Villas for about 2 years now. Been in Nevada for 3 years and Fremont is the second apartment I’ve lived at. Neighbors are lovely, staff are amazing, maintenance is on POINT! Staff do their best everyday to keep us informed about all, plus important information going inside and outside of the Villa. Staff work very hard to keep the whole Villa maintained. Pest control, fire alarms inspection, tree and flower trimming. I enjoy opening my front door to the beautiful green trees and plants located at the center of the Villa.
